1. Services
Coaching services are provided by Stefanie Karlshøj.

2. Booking & Payment
Sessions must be booked in advance. Payment terms and pricing are communicated before confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be charged in full.

4. Rescheduling
Reasonable rescheduling requests are welcomed when made in advance.

5. Confidentiality
Information shared during coaching sessions is treated confidentially unless disclosure is required by law.

6. No Guarantees
Coaching is a collaborative process. Specific results cannot be guaranteed.

7. Client Responsibility
Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and wellbeing.

8. Intellectual Property
All website written texts and some images remain the intellectual property of Stefanie Karlshøj unless otherwise stated.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
